Zachary Mason returns with dreamy new single, “Madness Gladness.”

The release features a lamenting-warmed rendition “Madness Gladness,” a sonic departure from his wide-ranging catalog. The track is infused with dreamy romance that highlights his signature ability to blend styles with deep emotions– something Zachary has mastered through the years. The song features soft-rock elements blending in dream pop and folk rock. The story told alongside the instrumental is of a character trapped in the madness—and gladness– of love. That voice, alongside the stunning drums of Nate Barnes and soft-bass which intermingle with John Thomasson from Little Big Town, Zachary’s voice portrays a powerful spin.

Madness Gladness is set to be mixed and mastered by percussionist Derrick Lin in Hong Kong, marking the ninth single for Zachary – a testament to his evolving sound.
