RISE Releases Uplifting New Single “The Way You Make Me Feel”

On the 5th of February this year, the band RISE released a new single “The Way You Make Me Feel” which they mixed at Whitewood Studios in Liverpool. Unlike other hits, the track maintains the band’s signature musical style of combining guitars with synthesizers using intricate, aggressive drums and powerful hooks on the vocals.

The single is also a part of the 2024 stayMellow collaboration “Memories and Possibilities.” Its’ song focuses on the importance of supporting your partner in long-lasting relationships. Paul Kinley, the songwriter, shared his belief that relationships require couples to go through struggles together instead of relying on self-indulgence.

The track has clear and bright vocals, blending pop with hints of 5/4 prog-rock at the bridge-solo. Undoubtedly, the best part of the single is the positivity and appreciation that “The Way You Make Me Feel” captures and delivers with RISE’s dynamic sound.
