Rapper Rice Makes Waves with “Starz”

A new single titled Starz is making waves for hip-hop head Rice from Central Massachusetts. Rice draws from several well-known artists, such as J. Cole, Akon, 50 cent, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Wayne, blending together pop, world music, and even hip-hop into his unique style.

Starz was written during a difficult point in his life where he was struggling to find love and acceptance in himself. The track chronicles his journey of self-acceptance and understanding the reality that one’s worth is beyond external factors.
