Reindeer Riot Launches Festive Era with “It’s Christmastime (Hear the bells)”

Reindeer Riot have officially kicked off their long-term Christmas project with the release of their brand-new single “It’s Christmastime (Hear the Bells)”, which arrived on December 5, 2025. The animated holiday band, created in 2024 by Michael Clorley-Jones, brings together warm nostalgia, colourful characters and a mission to support good causes through seasonal music.

“It’s Christmastime (Hear the Bells)” introduces the world of Reindeer Riot with uplifting lyrics, a glowing festive atmosphere and a vibrant pop leaning sound that blends organic songwriting with cost-effective AI-assisted production. Live-performed vocals, orchestral touches and bright brass details create a classic holiday mood designed to spark that timeless Christmas feeling.

This new release marks the real beginning of the project after last year’s early trial single. Michael Clorley-Jones, known for his work with Rogue Angels and his earlier band Leon, now pairs his songwriting with session musicians and animation to expand Reindeer Riot into a returning seasonal tradition. The band’s animated members – Venn on drums, Blitz on bass and Rudi on vocals and guitar – bring an energetic, family-friendly identity that will return each year with a fresh original track.
