Nourallah Brothers Come Together Once Again For Their New Song “We Listened to the Radio”

The long-awaited reunion of The Nourallah Brothers is happening after 25 long years and their new single titled “We Listened to the Radio” is set to release on the 16th of May, 2025. This is a return to form for the Nourallah duo based in El Paso, Texas, Faris and Salim Nourallah, who are joining forces for the sheer delight of creating music, rather than for the attention or money that comes with it.

Sampson believed that the Nourallah Brothers had potential and founded them under his label Western Vinyl in 1998. Their initial success was followed by the release of their first album in 2000. Unfortunately, due to complicated personal and creative relations, Faris developed agrophobia and decided to quit music all together in 2009. Salim on the other hand, continued performing and producing solo projects. This is something troubling that many artists may relate to.

The nostalgia and magic of memories they share is encapsulated in “We Listened to the Radio”. The single gives a heartfelt shoutout to the very beginning of their journey when music was the very glue that made their relationship resilient.

Although a myriad of songs remain unreleased for public consumption, the brothers also tease a long-awaited debut vinyl release. Regardless of whether the Nourallah Brothers headline stadiums, the duo’s return is a soft victory of perseverance, brotherly love, and artistic honesty. Devotees of soft and melodic indie pop have a reason to celebrate. The best chronicles aren’t raucous—and this one is worth tuning into.
