LYNDO JACO Brings Storytelling and a Warmer Rock Sound to New EP ‘3’

South Australian solo project LYNDO JACO delivers a mix of storytelling and rock on the EP “3”, bringing together a more structured approach to songwriting with a warmer and more considered sound.

Based in Happy Valley, South Australia, LYNDO JACO works as a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, creating music from a home studio overlooking the garden. Guitar, bass, drums and vocals all come together under one creative vision, with influences stretching from Southern Rock to the Hard Rock sounds of the past.

The stories behind “3” explore some unusual and varied ideas. They include the feeling of supporting a sporting team through difficult times while searching for that winning moment, the journey of a bungling thief desperate for money, and a trippy view of life imagined as if it were taking place inside a sandpit.

New bass and guitar amps also helped give the EP its distinctive sound, resulting in a release that feels measured, focused and less cluttered than LYNDO JACO’s earlier work.
