Julia Klot Shines with New EP “Center Stage”

NYC-based pop artist Julia Klot has released her sophomore EP, Center Stage, on November 22, 2024. With her intricate piano melodies and dynamic vocal range, Julia’s music occupies a wide range between soulful ballads and funky, feel-good tracks.

Center Stage includes four tracks in all: the title track, Center Stage, Forget, plus the previously released singles Boxing Gloves and Lie. The EP explores aspects of self-discovery, resilience, and a drive to pursue dreams, all wrapped up within genres such as pop, rock, soul, and funk.

Standout cuts include the anthemic Center Stage with its punchy horns and impassioned vocals, and Forget, which moves from dreamy strings through to sassy piano riffs. Meanwhile, Lie brings a funky, bar-scene narrative, and with Boxing Gloves, she delivers her soul-pop anthem about standing up for oneself.
