HorthWorld’s “Merry Christmas (Make Amends)” Brings Timeless Holiday Cheer

On November 29, 2024, HorthWorld-the musical persona of Andrew Horth-released a holiday treasure in the form of a new single entitled “Merry Christmas (Make Amends).” Drawing from the rich well of classic 70s-style Christmas songs, this tune embodies the warmth of the holiday season and echoes the likes of Wizzard, Slade, The Darkness, and ELO.

The song was professionally produced at RatCat Studios in Sandiacre, Derbyshire. It featured a full brass band arrangement, courtesy of Simon Nobbs, and luscious choir harmonies provided by Adam Hepkin’s Vocal Zone Voice Studio ensemble. Put them altogether with rock guitars, sleigh bells, and emotive lyrics, and the effect becomes almost palpable.

The sense of the community evokes an addition in HorthWorld’s collaboration with the local talents; even more so, because this is one special song.
