Long Island alternative rock band Heavy on the heart. have dropped their latest single “Pretty Pills,” a track that refuses to hold back. Formed in 2021 by vocalist Nikki Wilmes and guitarist Costas Themistocleous, later joined by drummer Nick Kolokathis and bassist Andrew Nicolae, the group has built a reputation for emotionally raw songwriting and explosive live performances.
