CLARE EASDOWN
Clare Easdown is set to release the highly anticipated single “Burn The Swastika,” set to drop on February 9, 2025.
Cooperation between Australian artist Clare Easdown and lyricist Jade Ryan has resulted in this exceptionally bold creation. The duo, performing under the name The Cunning Linguists, record in Clare’s home in Menai, Australia.
The track has been inspired by the works of punk guitars such as Bikini Kill, Fugazi, Amyl and The Sniffers, and many more. Not only does the track showcase impressive political goodness, it is also filled with a sense of urgency that true advocates of punk will appreciate.
Having adopted a very outspoken approach, The Cunning Linguists can be seen busking all over Sydney and performing at The Moshpit Bar, and as they move to larger venues, it seems as though their inspirational message only grows louder.
With its release, Clare Easdown is set to not only exclaim, but shout that “Burn The Swastika” is not just a song. As a single aimed at providing a fearless statement, it should not be missed by any true fans of punk.
