CHARLIECITYY Returns with Debut Album “In Another Life”

Up-and-coming Birmingham, England-born artist CHARLIECITYY has finally released his long-awaited debut album entitled In Another Life. Having come out on December 14, 2024, this album explores love, loss, and self-discovery with poignancy-hitherto-unheard-of depth by the ever-changing sound of this promising new talent.

Taking inspiration from alternative indie icons like Frank Ocean and MK.Gee, CHARLIECITYY collaborated with five different producer friends to create the lush instrumentals of the album, recording vocals, mixing, and mastering the record himself from his university bedroom. It’s an intimate, deeply personal project that traces the emotional topography of regret, denial, and acceptance.

In Another Life is a leap from the usual upbeat electronic music into raw, reflective storytelling. Each track provides a different outlook on relationships and personal growth to which listeners can relate easily.
