Bill Barlow Shares Fans’ Favorites in New Album By Special Request

Tampa-based songwriter and digital composer Bill Barlow has released his third album, By Special Request, an 18-track collection showcasing songs chosen by his fans, friends, and family. Following the success of his single When He Speaks, which reached 41 on the Euro Indy Artist radio network, Barlow continues to demonstrate his gift for storytelling through music that is both personal and relatable.

By Special Request blends the R&B and bluesy tones of Emotional Journey with the harder-hitting sounds of The Bill Barlow Project. Each track is carefully sequenced to take listeners on a journey of emotion, while still standing alone as a reflection of Barlow’s signature honesty and emotional depth.

Barlow describes the album as a celebration of his fans’ input, offering songs that invite reflection, feeling, and thought. By Special Request is now available on Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, Apple Music, and all major streaming platforms.
