Q: What made you write “No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross”?

A: “No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross” was based on my own experiences with love, loss and personal struggle. I wanted to explore these themes from a deep self-reflective perspective.

Q: Can you explain how important is the title and imagery in the song?

A: The title and imagery in the song are aimed at portraying duality, spirituality, and internal conflict. The shadow of the cross represents guilt and redemption while lack of shade represents death as a necessary end to life.

Q: What approach did you take when writing this song’s lyrics?

A: While writing lyrics for this song, I used evocative images and poetic language to express myself. This enabled me to capture emotions that were real and inner turmoil experienced by narrators while leaving room for interpretation or reflection

Q: How did you use linguistic devices to create mood or emotion in the song?

A: Repetition metaphor, symbolism are used by me tell mood story. By using these instruments, it brings out depth in a layer of complexity so that listeners can go into it narratively and look at other underlying issues.

Q: Light-dark imagery is featured throughout the song; what does this contrast mean?

A: The mixture of light-dark images symbolizes human dualism; that experience of being torn apart between two opposing forces within oneself. It is indicative of an inner struggle between love, loss, despair etc which afflict Anton’s character.

Q: As one listens to this song what kind of feeling do you wish he will have?

A: I hope that they feel thoughts such as introspection deep sadness through catharsis healing ultimately touching on emotional dispositions

Q: How does “no shade in the shadow…” fit into your overall music work?

A:” No shade…” deals with elements such as love-loss-personal struggle that are common in my other music. It is another iteration of the complexities of human experience in general and its exploration by me.

Q: What is the significance of the profanity used in this song?

A: The profanities depicted in the song give it a sense of raw and an authentic presence, capturing emotions and inner turmoil of Anton as if he were speaking to us. They reflect his state of mind and depth of pain.

Q: How do you want listeners to understand the religious imagery in your song?

A:I expect listeners to relate religion symbolism within it to their personal selves. This is because it represents guilt, redemption, spiritual fight leaving them to ponder over their own faiths or experiences.

Q: What do you aim at achieving with “No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross”?

A: In summary, I hope that what No Shade does for me is just remind me about how complex being a human being can get while exploring love-loss-redemption themes. I guess it’s also about battling one’s own demons if there are any and looking for light amidst darkness.

A: As for my love, losses and pain, “No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross” is a work that stems from it. This is an introspective song that deals with my human condition as I grow up emotionally and discover myself.

A: There is nothing more heartbreaking than an emotional response from somewhere deep inside. Regardless of whether one identifies with the words on a personal level or simply appreciates how beautiful they sound, I just want it to count.

A: Through my art piece named “No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross”, humanity has been pursued relentlessly. It has helped me paint a fuller picture which has added depth to my work making it more expressive and compatible with my artistic aims.

A: Forthcomingly, I would like to continue creating songs that touch people at their very core, spark soul-searching moments, while promoting connections among people. My desire is also to stretch my imagination thus investigating fresh themes for my songs.
