20 YEAR SHORT BREAK
20 Year Short Break Captures Hearts with New Single “Stardust”
The rock band 20 Year Short Break has finally released their new single, “Stardust,” on December 27, 2024. This is a band that, up until now, was more known for its soulful take on music and electric live performances; with this release, it gets softer in tone and reflective, flowing with melody.
“Stardust” is about that universal connection we all share, while themes of unity and wonder combine in this powerful ballad. With its catchier and more radio-friendly melody compared to some of the harder-hitting singles that have come as of late, it’s an emotionally deep yet approachable composition. Longtime fans will find “Stardust” as a concert favorite, but its official release already sent excitement.
Fronted by Dan Wright on guitar and Rob Miller on vocals, 20 Year Short Break has overcome not only a twenty-year hiatus but also the setbacks of a global pandemic since its formation in 2019. The full lineup is completed with Andi Kaiser on drums, Stefan Endisch on bass, and Alex Kugler on lead guitar, cementing this band as an extremely creative and energetic powerhouse in live performance, oozing stage presence and band cohesion.
That is in evidence as their rise continues with more than 250,000 streams on Spotify and half a million views on YouTube. Constantly playing around southern Germany, “Stardust” is indicative that the band is versatile and works hard to relate to their listeners.
Be it a fan of heartfelt rock ballads or a new discovery, 20 Year Short Break will leave an indelible mark with “Stardust.” Stream now via your favorite music platform or watch the official video on YouTube.
